Diesel generator set structure:

(1) Deutz diesel generator set adopts the concave and convex body made of alloy material. The curved reinforcement bars on both sides enhance the stiffness and vibration absorption performance of the body. The installation bracket in the middle of the body is added to make the installation of the whole machine more reliable.

(2) Deutz body built-in auxiliary oil channel, with a special nozzle for continuous oil injection piston cooling, effectively reduce the diesel engine thermal load.

(3) The crankshaft assembly optimized by Deutz engine patent technology is equipped with a new silicone oil torsional vibration damper to make the diesel engine work more smoothly.

(4) Germany Deutz diesel engine equipped with monitoring instrument and emergency shutdown device. Can realize water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, overspeed automatic alarm and emergency stop.
